Return Policy

Returns
Items which experience any defect or damage due to an issue caused by Culture Chan up to a period of 90 days after delivery are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost. Returns or exchanges for wrong items shipped are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery at no additional cost. All other sales are final including items on sale. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.

Exchanges
We do not offer any exchanges under any circumstances outside of Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Goods.
If an exchange request has been approved you must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving an approval email otherwise the exchange request will be closed.
